From these recordings, and in occasion of the reopening of the new cultural center Carpintarias de São Lázaro, the director Tiago Pereira and the musician Sílvio Rosado present a multi-disciplinary film, assembled in real time, where you can find Lisbon as a set of neighborhoods and migrant and emigrant cultures that merge and mix and where music plays a fundamental role.
Documentary filmmaker Tiago Pereira and musician Sílvio Rosado create an audiovisual performance based on recordings of musical practices or sound environments in a given location. Building, on the one hand, a live archive of documents of a local identity music / sound, which can be consulted and which keep the memory alive, and on the other hand the deconstruction of that same file / memory, allowing the community to review and question itself and at the same time creating a playful space of enjoyment where you can dance your memory or follow a story.
